All participants enrolled in Level Three Coaching will receive a comprehensive, full color coaching guide that will help lead them through the program.  With over 100+ pages of coaching support, the Level Three Coaching guide is full of  questions, activities, challenges, case studies, quotes and more!  

 
 

100+ Coaching Videos & Activities

Level Three Coaching is a video based platform that allows participants to experience coaching on their own time! Each monthly session is made up of 6-10 videos that, when combined, are roughly 75 minutes in length.  The videos relate to consumer psychology, emotional intelligence, change management, effective communication, and human behavior.  Within the videos are examples, activities, case studies and more.  Due to its delivery over time, Level Three Coaching is more effective at driving change. Furthermore, teams no longer have the travel costs associated with the typical out of date training seminar.  

 
 
 
 

DiSC Behavioral Profile

During Session 08, Transparency, participants will be given access to the online DiSC Personality Profile.  DiSC is a personal assessment tool used to improve work productivity, teamwork, and communication. DiSC is non-judgmental and helps people discuss their behavioral differences.  The DiSC model provides a common language that people can use to better understand themselves and to adapt their behaviors with others. This can be within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.

DiSC profiles help you and your team:

  • Increase your self-knowledge: how you respond to conflict, what motivates you, what causes you stress and how you solve problems.
  • Facilitate better teamwork and minimize team conflict.
  • Develop stronger sales skills by identifying and responding to customer styles.
  • Manage more effectively by understanding the dispositions and priorities of employees and team members.
  • Become more self-knowledgeable, well-rounded and effective leaders.
